اعتراض به اخراج یک پناهنده ایرانی از کشور سوئد
Dear Sir/Madame
The Association of Iranian Blog writers (Penlog) has been informed that Mr. Alireza Taherpour, an Iranian asylum seeker and a Penlog member, has been arrested in Malmo, Sweden. Mr. Taherpour is on the verge of being extradited to Iran where, upon his return, he will be persecuted by the Iranian government and his life will be at risk.
According to the non-refoulment article of the international asylum seekers act, passed in 1951 and its protocol, passed by the Swedish government in 1967, the Swedish government has agreed to protect asylum seekers by refraining from extraditing them to the countries they escaped from.
We urge the Swedish government to observe the 1967 protocol and help Mr. Taherpour, whose life is in serious danger. We also urge the international organizations to help Mr. Taherpour in any possible way and stop his extradition to Iran.

خوشحالم که صدای کمک این هموطن ما شنیده شده و خیلی منتظر واکنش پن لاگ بودم.من ایمیلی را در در خواست کمک برای یک فعال حقوق بشری در نیجریه را به آدرس پن لاگ فرستادم . به نظر من همکاری پن لاگ با این مرکز( amnestyusa/Online Action Center) برای مواردی که ملیت ایرانی ندارند ولی با مشکلاتی مشابه درگیرند با اسم رسمی پن لاگ هم اهداف پن لاگ و همدلی بین المللی آن را ثابت میکند وهم اینکه پن لاگ را بیشت رمی شناساند ومعرفی می کند و به این ترتیب زمینه های یاری گرفتن از تعداد بیشتری افراد وسازمانها یمطرح بین المللی فراهم می آید.

ضمن پشتیبانی از تمامی آزادیخواهوان وطرفداران دموکراسی در سراسر جهان امیدوارم که معضل پناهندگی ایرانیان در این دهه اخیر را بافعالیت های سیاسی فرهنگی چندان در هم نیامیزیم چرا که با عرض تاسف اکثریت قریب به اتفاق کاندیداهای پنا هندگی از ایران علی رغم پرونده های ارائه شده مشکل سیاسی ندارند.اخیرا یک نویسنده مطرح ایرانی که به زندان نیز رفته و در ضمن آزادانه می نوشت و بااخذ ویزا به یک کشور اروپائی وارد شد پش از ارائه درخواست پناهندگیش به شهادت من به عنوان مترجم در زمانی بسیار کوتاه جواب مثبت را دریافت کرد.توجه داشته باشید که دفاع از فردی که از پیشینه او وگذشته اش اطلاع کافی ندارید می تواند دفاع از فردی باشد که احتمال اینکه حقیقت را گفته باشد همانقدر است که عکسش. لذااحساسی عمل نکنیم وبه حقیقت بیش از احساسات ارج نهیم.
